The aim of the course is to familiarize the students with project management methods and approaches to solving design and construction problems using the available facilities and resources; budget, time and site potential. The course shall clarify the modern approach to project management and task delegation or job distribution as well as time programming and scheduling. Emphasis will be placed upon the methods and respective processes of decision making and evaluation.
